With ACUC’s Pro-Check, you can verify the teaching status of any ACUC professional (Divemaster or higher). It will show you if the professional is active with ACUC, their first and last name(s), their highest professional certification, the specialties for which he is an instructor, and the length of their active teaching status with ACUC. You will need to enter the ACUC instructor number; it will always be 4 digits followed by 2 letters. Only information displayed on screen can be considered valid; printed copies or screenshots are not valid.
You can see what each level can do, based on their certification, in the ACUC standards here.
The information shown may not be complete as it may not reflect all the certifications required to teach some ACUC specialty courses. If you would like additional information about this for the person you are interested in, please contact ACUC at info@acucinternational.com.
